A classic, handpicked oolong tea produced in Taiwan, with its fresh bode and creamy texture, it's also extremely fragrant. Individually vacuumed packed and case inside metal tea caddy for maximum freshness.
Serving suggestion:
Based on 3g per serving (one heaped of teaspoon). Infused 3 times.
Brewing Method:Hot Brewing: Place one heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) in boiling water. Leave to brew for 2-4 minutes before serving, then enjoy it. Infused three times.
Brewing tip:
For hot brewing, rinse the leaf inside infuser before start the brewing process in the teapot (please be careful handling hot water) to maximise the brewing time and allowing the leaves to release the flavour and fragrance.
