The international award winning small Piao I Tea infuser is the perfect utensil for simplifying the brewing process of loose leaf tea. The beauty of the infuser is allowing the tea leaf to be reinfused many times without ‘stewing’ the leafs. Handpicked, fragrant Sun Link Sea oolong tea with a hint of caramel notes and fresh grass flavour, supported by quenching sweetness. Individually vacuumed packed and case inside metal tea caddy for maximum freshness.
Material:
125ml Top Infuser: Food-grade polycarbonate.
300ml Glass Jug: thermal lab quality borosilicate glass.
Brewing Method:
Hot Brewing: Place one heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) in boiling water. Leave to brew for 2-4 minutes before serving, then enjoy it. Infused three times.
Cold Brewing: Place one heaped teaspoon of tea in drinking water at room temperature. One teaspoon per 500ml of water. Leave to brew for 60 minutes before serving, then enjoy it.
Brewing Tip:For hot brewing, rinse the leaf inside infuser before start the brewing process in the teapot (please be careful handling hot water) to maximise the brewing time and allowing the leaves to release the flavour and fragrance.
