A fragrant oolong tea with a hint of caramel notes and fresh grass flavour, supported by quenching sweetness. Individually vacuumed packed for maximum freshness.
Serving suggestion:
Based on 3g per serving (one heaped of teaspoon). Infused 3 times.
Brewing Method:Hot Brewing: Place one heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) in boiling water. Leave to brew for 2-4 minutes before serving, then enjoy it. Infused three times.
Cold Brewing: Place one heaped teaspoon of tea in drinking water at room temperature. One teaspoon per 500ml of water. Leave to brew for 60 minutes before serving, then enjoy it.
Brewing tip:
For hot brewing, rinse the leaf inside infuser before start the brewing process in the teapot (please be careful handling hot water) to maximise the brewing time and allowing the leaves to release the flavour and fragrance. Enjoy the tea on the move with our handy tea caddy!
